A 6 year old girl child from Maida Tole – 8, Makawanpur needs to be rescued urgently. Her mother, Sarada B.Ka, who is serving time in prison for drug peddling has appealed to rescue her daughter from her husband, Babu B.Ka., who is a drug user as well as a HIV positive. The child is in a pitiable state as her father does not provide adequate care required for her and he is perpetually high on drugs. At this stage, the child is vulnerable, even from her father (especially as a female child). She has never been to school and her situation both mental and physical is bad in the absence of her mother. She is malnourished and requires immediate attention.
