This September, SETU Nepal conducted a training program for our beneficiaries to help themselves defend and protect against different forms of sexual abuse they are suffering in different situations. The Training was organized by SETU Nepal with support, facilitation and coordination of “FIGHT BACK NEPAL”(https://www.fightbacknepal.com/ team. 14 beneficiaries from Dang and Baglung district participated in the training and expressed that it was very fruitful for them as they were experiencing the abuse problems in different situations in their life. The participants were facilitated about self defence and self protection with many demonstrations on how to defend and get rid of the situations that keep safety at risk. Practical scenarios were created where participants involved themselves to fight against the odd and saved themselves. Overall, the session was certainly informative, much needed in present context and also all of the participants thoroughly enjoyed it wholeheartedly.
