The Setu Nepal team, comprising Ms. Shrima Basnyat (Communication and Development Officer), Ms. Neha Das (Project Officer), and Mr. Mandip Rajthala (Finance Officer), participated in the two-day event "Shayatra: Empowering Partnership" as one of the grantees of UN Trust Fund 2023 cycle organized by UN Women Nepal on the 10th and 11th of June 2024. This event offered valuable insights into various critical areas such as Result-Based Management (RBM), Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), and Communication, Branding, and Visibility. The sessions on RBM and PSEA were particularly enlightening, equipping our team with enhanced skills for program planning, monitoring, evaluation, and safeguarding mechanisms. The communication session provided strategic insights for improving our branding and visibility, which will help amplify our outreach and impact.
In addition to the educational sessions, "Shayatra: Empowering Partnership" served as an excellent platform for networking and collaboration. Our team engaged in meaningful discussions with other organizations and professionals, exchanging ideas and exploring potential partnerships. This event has broadened our knowledge and perspectives, which will significantly benefit our ongoing and future initiatives. We are deeply grateful to UN Women Nepal for this enriching experience and look forward to implementing the learnings to strengthen our efforts in serving the community more effectively.
