Uma Kadel ha already started her cooking training since she wants to open her own small restaurant and wants to become an independent women. SETU is supporting her children.
Uma lost her husband in an ambush attack. Her husband left house for his duty suddenly the ground exploded and he was torn into pieces. He was neither with RNA nor Maoist but most of the time he used to get pressure form Maoist to join in their team. Uma Kadel was pregnant with her son at that time. Not any governmental or non governmental organizations helped her to bring changes in her life. She dose have relatives but nobody came forward to help and at last she heard about SETU Nepal and approached there with all the necessary documents like support letters from village Development Committee.
She took Adult Literacy classes, counseling classes and meditation classes at SETU. She was energetic and a straight forward woman. She was confident and self motivated young lady. She took cookery training from Setu Nepal. Now she is working in Dubai as cook and earns good income.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
