Alongside the rural communities outside the valley, we have been continuing our support for many neediest groups in the capital too. As our next step, we chose families and children of Shree Choina Bina Guru Ganesh Primary School of Lalitpur.
We distributed emergency food materials for twenty-five neediest families and stationary items for their almost forty children who are the beneficiaries of our regular day meal program in school. As a result of lock down, school have been shut for months and students are being misguided with no education at all. Also, their parents being daily wage workers, the whole family is going through severe financial crisis for food as well as education access. So, they are one among a huge group who have been severely hit by fallout of COVID 19 lock down.
