On November 26th, Setu Nepal, in collaboration with CECI, organized a meaningful event in Changunarayan as part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence (GBV) The gathering, attended by 36 women and girls participants, aimed to raise awareness and empowered to prevent them from GBV Ranju Pandey, the Executive Director of Setu Nepal, delivered an inspiring message urging women to break free from societal constraints and emerge as independent and strong individuals. She introduced Sabita Bhandari ( name changed) a former GBV victim turned a motivational speaker who shared her compelling journey of resilience. Sabita encouraged women to reject violence and strive for independence. The event garnered support from the community, with the local ward head expressing gratitude to Setu Nepal and CECI for spearheading such impactful initiatives.
