Setu Nepal recently concluded a three-day training program in September on business development aimed at empowering women and enhancing their capacity . The training involved a total of 14 participants who actively engaged in the program over the course of three days.
The training was structured into four distinct stages, with each stage consisting of two periods. In these sessions, a business simulation game called" Know your number " was employed to instruct participants on business operations, financial assessment, and various essential aspects. This interactive game imparted knowledge about loans, investments, cash flow management, cost-cutting strategies, and how to address the challenges and obstacles typically encountered in running a business. Notably, the participants displayed a high level of enthusiasm and engagement during this instructive game-based learning experience.
