SETU Nepal organized a one-day program titled: "रुपान्तरणका लागि उत्प्रेरणा कार्यक्रम" with a purpose of providing students who just completed their SEE with valuable career guidance. A total of 20 SEE graduates participated in a series of intellectually stimulating and physically invigorating sessions wherein they received impor
tant life lessons that would assist them in achieving holistic wellness and academic fulfillment in the future.
The program was commenced with a brain-boosting benefits of exercise with eamphasis on mindfulness conducted by Mr. Madan Pant, an Art of Living Teacher. Then Mr. BidurPhuyal spoked about the importance of interdisciplinary knowledge, personality development and interpersonal skills to succeed in life. The third session focused on the efficacy of the
Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT) on providing a guideline to students to choose their potential careers based on their personality types and traits which was conducted by Dr. Ramananda Pandit.
The session was wrapped up by Seen Unseen by Ms.
Ranju Pandey which specially focused on parent-child relationship and a platform for sharing their personal feelings and thoughts. Overall, the program brought the best collaboration and imaginative networks out of the diverse participatory students and provided them with array of knowledge at turning point of their life.
